Lundahl Ironworks Company provides a variety of services, from budgetary work and design to steel fabrication and complete turnkey solutions.
Steel fabrication
We have full Division 5 specifications, including but not limited to: detailing, structural, miscellaneous metals, joist and deck, ornamental (ferrous and non-ferrous metals), stairs and rails, AESS, painting, and installation. We use cutting-edge, state-of-the-art machinery to fabricate and deliver steel with the highest precision.
As an AISC Certified Fabricator, we follow a rigorous quality assurance program that is audited and certified yearly by the AISC. Additionally, we have five AWS Certified Welding Inspectors and one AWS NDT Level II Inspector in-house, allowing us to self-perform UT and magnetic particle shop inspections.
Lundahl Ironworks Company uses state-of-the-art 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems. BIM provides specific building geometry for both the design and construction teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every project.

If we see something during the design assist or if an ASI is issued that will create additional scope, costs, or schedule, we would start a dialog and discussion to bring things around and make adjustments to either accommodate the change or modify the design. This allows us to remove some costs from another area of the building, ensuring the FLCC is maintained.

Throughout the project, we make sure that your project is being done per plans and specifications. In addition to plans and specifications we have a quality assurance manual and program that adheres to and is audited annually by AISC, WABO, Clark County, LADBS and other municipalities. This guarantees that you will get the best product.
